Welcome to Vegas Getaway 2010! A “Fun in the Sun Getaway,” while working. A grassroots mini conference, with visions of growing and expanding yearly, organized by a few passionate Royal LePage Sales Representatives (Realtors) but inspired by many across Canada who embrace what networking has to offer: an opportunity to meet and network with fellow realtors from the Brookfield umbrella of Real Estate firms across Canada and the United States.

 Our goal is for an opportunity for Royal LePage Sales Representatives from Canada to network and forge a relationship with their American associates from Real Living and GMAC Home Services LLC.

Location: Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino: a Five Star, Four Diamond Hotel.

Accommodations Rates: $99.00 U.S. per night, additional $30.00 U.S. per night for double occupancy.

Registration: $335 CDN. ($300 U.S.) $235 is applied toward event package and $100 will be applied toward room accommodations.

Where: Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, a Five Star Four Diamond Hotel at a great nightly rate of $99.00 U.S. per night. An additional occupant add $30.00 U.S. per night.

Full registration for Vegas Getaway 2010 is only $335 CDN. or $300 U.S. (subject to change accordingly with U.S./Canadian exchange rate) during time of registration of which $100 will be credited toward room accommodation. All registrants will be emailed confirmation of registration and room accommodations. Final payment for accommodations will be made directly to Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. All registrants receive the full Vegas Getaway 2010 package (events, breakfast, gala dinner and entertainment). This is a non-profit event. Any proceeds from registration will be donated to the Shelter Foundation.

Please note: Spouses and guests are welcome to attend closing dinner gala. Please let us know at time of registration by email to georgegrdic@royallepage.ca how many guests you are bringing.

Planet Hollywood will release only 30 rooms at a time. Once these are filled, the next block of 30 rooms will be available. This will continue for as many rooms as we need. There will be space for everyone but as this is the inaugural year of this event, it is difficult to gauge attendance. We encourage everyone, contact all of your colleagues within the Royal LePage family to Register Early. Let’s maximize our networking and our fun.

Once you have registered for Vegas Getaway 2010 you will receive receipt of room reservation via email. Please notify organizers if you require double occupancy with a fellow colleague, spouse or guest so that you can be credited and charged accordingly. Final payment for accommodations will be made directly to Planet Hollywood. LAS VEGAS GETAWAY RATES are $99.00 U.S. per night. $100 from your registration fee will be applied toward your accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

There is no penalty for any cancellation prior to and including February 20, 2010. Refund will be paid in full by cheque and mailed to registrant.

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email and sent to the attention of George Grdic before February 20, 2010. Cancellation requests will not be official until you receive confirmation of receipt. 
It is understood by all parties that No Refunds of any portions of the registration fee will be granted after February 20, 2010.
